Additionally, they will look for opportunities to develop and improve our live and on-demand classroom offerings with the goal of being best in class.\nJob Responsibilities:\nOwn the communication and outreach for all instructors.\n\nWork with School and Product Managers on the standardization of live online delivery.\n\nGroom instructional staff to effectively refine our current live online and on-demand course offerings.\n\nIdentify opportunities and lead efforts to increase productivity and improve the performance of the collective instructional staff.\n\nCoordinate and work to communicate staff and student feedback to content creation and subject matter experts.\n\nCommunicate with and support students in their education efforts.\n\nIdentify and assist in supporting important relationships with organizations and leaders that regularly recruit people into the industry that need licensing or continuing education.\n\nCollaborate with instructors for the collection of content feedback.\n\nAnalyze instructor evaluations and connect with instructors (and students) for feedback.\n\nWork with the School Managers on the development of enhanced instructor evaluation techniques, including auditing of classes.\n\nCollaborate with content management on content updates as needed.\n\nValidate payroll approval for all part-time instructors.\n\nTeach as needed.\n\nAssist School Manager/Director in B2B outreach efforts including site visits, trade show appearances, and relationship building activities.\n\nMinimum Requirements:  \n\n5 years of Industry experience in real estate\n\nReal Estate License, State required experience or education to qualify as an instructor\n\nProficient with Google and Microsoft Office Suite\n\nExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)\n\nAbility to effectively utilize technology\n\nAdaptability to new teaching methods and alteration in course materials as needed\n\nStrong interpersonal skills (live online and video) and approachability\n\nDemonstrated time management and organizational skills\n\nAbility to meet state regulatory requirements for real estate instructors\n\nStrong presentation and teaching skills     \n\nThe salary range for this position is $30.00 to $45.00 per hour.\nLocationRemote/Nationwide, USAAdditional Locations Employee TypeEmployeeJob Functional Area InstructorsBusiness Unit00079 Kaplan ProfessionalDiversity & Inclusion Statement:Kaplan is committed to cultivating an inclusive workplace that values diversity, promotes equity, and integrates inclusivity into all aspects of our operations.
