KLG is now owned by Inspirit Capital and continues to deliver world-class educational experiences through its international network of schools and university partners.\nKaplan International Languages is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Account Representative to support student recruitment growth across the Americas. Reporting to the Account Manager, this role will focus on strengthening agent partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, driving student enrollments, and supporting regional sales and marketing initiatives.\nWe also require you to have excellent organizational skills and be a self-starter. KLG is a leading provider of English language courses. We take great pride in ensuring that our students have the opportunities and tools to succeed, and our educators offer consistently high standards of teaching.\nWe have language schools in the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Germany, France, and Switzerland filled with students from all over the world.\nAs a Junior Account Representative, key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nAchieving individual targets, both market-based and for specific relationships, to make a significant contribution towards the success of the region.\n\nDeliver agent training programs, webinars, and workshops to improve partner product knowledge and conversion performance.\n\nRepresent Kaplan International Languages at industry conferences, agent workshops, recruitment fairs, and student-facing events.\n\nConduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.\n\nIdentify, recruit, and onboard new recruitment partners, educational institutions, and corporate clients.\n\nOrganizing presentations for the new business prospects.\n\nTravelling to strategically important cities in the Americas with agents’ presence or strong business potential.\n\nAssist with designing and implementing the strategy of offline marketing, such as networking activities.\n\nPromoting KLG on an ongoing basis to generate new leads in the market by working with established key stakeholders, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.\n\nLiaising effectively with all Kaplan agents and the international KLG colleges to ensure that the targets are met.\n\nDeveloping market-specific collateral to support sales and recruitment in the Americas (liaising with the marketing department).\n\nMaintain accurate records of partner activity and sales opportunities within the CRM system.\n\nMonitor conversion rates, enrollment performance, and partner KPIs.\n\nProvide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.\n\nProviding support on market-based projects and regional strategy as specified by the Account Manager.\n\nOther related activities as required by the Account Manager.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, Education, or related field.\n\nDemonstrated experience managing external partners or client relationships.\n\nFluent English and Spanish (written and verbal).\n\nStrong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.\n\nIntrinsic motivation with a strong work ethic.\n\nAbility to work in a diverse environment.\n\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nMust be authorized to work in Colombia.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within the international education or study abroad sector.\n\nExisting network of education agents in Latin America.\n\nExperience delivering virtual and in-person trainings.\n\nPortuguese language skills are a plus.\n\nLocation\nBogotá, COLEmployee Type\nEmployeeJob Functional Area\nAccount MgmtKaplan lnternational is an equal opportunities employer and positively encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status, or pregnancy and maternity.
