As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and test high-quality embedded software, translating customer and product requirements into reliable, scalable platform capabilities that support next-generation V2X and GNSS technologies.\nHow You'll Make an Impact\nDesign, develop, and validate embedded V2X and GNSS software and supporting development tools.\nImplement high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices for embedded systems.\nCollaborate with product management and design teams to translate user needs and product requirements into scalable platform capabilities.\nContribute to system design discussions, ensuring robust, efficient, and extensible solutions.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\nA technical degree, preferably a master degree in systems engineering, software architecture, computer science, information technology, or a related field.\n5+ years of professional experience in embedded software development and Linux based applications.\nExpert-level proficiency in C and C++ is required; knowledge of IBM Rational Rhapsody is a plus.\nFamiliarity with application interfaces for communication protocols, particularly V2X, GNSS, 3G/4G, TCP/IP, BT and LWM2M, is desirable.\nProven experience in developing testable code, implementing automated unit tests, and working with automated test environments.\nA proactive approach, strong teamwork skills, and effective communication abilities.\nExperience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Docker is advantageous, as is familiarity with Kibana and Grafana.\nBusiness-fluent English is essential; German language skills are an asset.\nFamiliarity with agile development processes.\nOur Offer to You\nWe have a unique corporate culture, driven by family tradition since 1892.
