We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.\nWhat does success look like in this role?\nYou'll excel by delivering features that wow clients, hit key metrics like user adoption and satisfaction, and contribute to roadmaps that keep Kapture ahead of the CX curve.\nWhat would make you a good fit for this role?\nHere are the basic requirements:\nHold a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience in product management, SaaS, or related roles.\nDemonstrate strong analytical skills and familiarity with product metrics, market research tools, and customer feedback processes.\nShow proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and stakeholder teams.\nBring excellent communication skills to document requirements, updates, and launches effectively.\nWhat are the most critical skills for this role?\nMaster market research and competitor analysis to spot opportunities and translate them into product strategies.\nExcel at gathering, prioritizing, and documenting product requirements from diverse sources.\nCoordinate effortlessly with UX/UI, engineering, and other teams to ensure on-time, high-quality deliveries.\nAnalyze metrics and feedback to drive iterative improvements and informed decisions.\nYou will have an advantage if you:\nHave hands-on experience with AI-powered SaaS products or CX platforms.\n Are skilled in tools like Jira, Figma, or analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude).\nBring prior exposure to
