This is a high-impact role where you will be driving execution, delivering AI-powered conversational experiences that create measurable business outcomes for enterprise clients.\nSounds interesting?\nHere’s a more detailed description of what you will do in this role:\nYou will drive end-to-end project delivery from discovery and sprint execution to UAT and go-live\nYou will collaborate with engineering, ML, QA, and client teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions\nYou will lead CRM integration use cases including ticket creation, routing, agent handover, and SLA workflows\nYou will analyze bot performance metrics and continuously optimize conversation quality and automation outcomes\nThis is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.\nWhat does success look like in this role?\nYou successfully ship high-impact conversational AI features, deliver seamless bot implementations, and drive measurable improvements in automation metrics such as containment rate and resolution efficiency.\nWhat would make you a good fit for this role?\nHere are the basic requirements:\nYou have 2-5 years of experience in product management, project management, or business analysis within SaaS or technology environments\nYou have hands-on environments and coordinating cross-functional delivery\nWhat are the most critical skills for this role?\nYou can design conversational experiences including intents, entities, fallback handling, and
