Candidates from banking/financial institutions with strong product-building experience are also welcome.\nWhat will you be doing?\nOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle , problem discovery, product definition, development, launch and iteration.\nBuild and manage banking/fintech products and systems , translating business problems into scalable technology solutions.\nWork closely with Engineering, Technology, Design, Business and Operations teams to conceptualise and build products.\nDefine product vision, roadmap, requirements and priorities based on customer and business needs.\nDeep dive into existing banking/financial processes and identify opportunities to digitise, automate and improve them .\nDesign and build end-to-end product workflows, system capabilities and customer journeys .\nCreate detailed PRDs, user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria and product specifications .\nWork closely with engineering teams throughout development to clarify requirements, resolve dependencies and ensure successful delivery.\nUnderstand and work with APIs, integrations, third-party systems and backend workflows required to build financial products.\nCollaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to identify pain points, validate solutions and translate them into product requirements.\nTrack product adoption, performance and feedback and continuously improve the product.\nOwn prioritisation and trade-offs across business impact, customer experience, technical feasibility and time-to-market .\nWhat are we looking for?\n2-6 years of Product Management experience in Banking, FinTech, Lending or B2B SaaS.\nStrong experience in building products/systems , rather than only managing customer journeys or business processes.\nExperience working closely with Engineering and Technology teams to build and launch products end-to-end .\nStrong understanding of banking systems, financial products, lending workflows and digital banking .\nHands-on experience building an LOS / Loan Origination / Lending platform is highly preferred.\nCandidates from SaaS/FinTech companies building products for banks, NBFCs or financial institutions are strongly preferred.\nCandidates from banks/NBFCs/financial institutions with strong product development and technology exposure are also welcome.\nAbility to translate complex business requirements into product requirements and scalable system solutions .\nGood understanding of APIs, integrations, system workflows and technical architecture .\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and ambiguity.\nGood to have\nExperience in building LOS (Loan Management systems )\nExperience building products for banks/NBFCs/fintechs .\nExperience in a B2B SaaS environment .\nExposure to API-led products, third-party integrations and financial infrastructure .\nExperience working on products involving multiple internal and external
