4 engineers, including effective planning and delegating, sprint management, mentoring and code review, etc.\n\n- Independently engages with external clients and with implementation, support and product teams on requirements related to their module.\n\n- This is a Bangalore-based role.\n\n- We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.\n\nWhat does success look like in this role ?\n\nFirst level manager who owns a specific module within the Kapture suite of products, ensuring system stability and delivering as per business requirements, including engaging with clients and other internal teams as required.\n\nWhat would make you a good fit for this role ?\n\nBasic Requirements :\n\n- You have 6 -
