Kapture CX is headquartered in Bangalore, and we have offices in Mumbai and Delhi/NCR in India, in addition to offices in the USA, UAE, Singapore, Philippines and Indonesia.\nWhat is this role all about?\nAs an Senior Java Engineer/Tech Lead you will work on building high-performance, scalable backend systems that power mission-critical enterprise and SaaS applications. You’ll be part of a global engineering team solving complex technical problems and delivering robust solutions used by customers worldwide.\nSounds interesting?\nHere’s a more detailed description of what you will do in this role:\nOwns individual modules within the larger Kapture suite of products, right from design to delivery\nTranslates business requirements into tech requirements and ensures delivery as per timelines\nEnsures system uptime and SLA adherence for their module\nDirectly manages a team of 2-4 engineers, including effective planning and delegating, sprint management, mentoring and code review, etc.\nIndependently engages with external clients and with implementation, support and product teams on requirements related to their module\nThis is a Bangalore-based role.
