You'll be the driving force behind taking LLM-powered chatbots, voicebots, and conversational AI solutions from strategy to successful go-live, while ensuring every implementation delivers measurable business value.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Take end-to-end ownership of complex AI and SaaS implementation programs, from kickoff and planning through go-live, adoption, and long-term success.\n\n- Lead enterprise deployments of LLM-based chatbots, voicebots, conversational AI, and intelligent automation solutions.\n\n- Act as a strategic customer-facing leader, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and driving CXO-level reviews.\n\n- Translate business requirements into structured delivery roadmaps while working closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and AI teams.\n\n- Drive Agile execution through sprint planning, daily scrums, and delivery governance using tools like Jira or Asana.\n\n- Mentor Project Managers and delivery teams, manage risks proactively, and ensure programs are delivered on time and within scope.\n\nRequirements:\n\n- 8+ years of experience in technical project management, with at least 3+ years in a senior or team-handling role.\n\n- Successfully delivered enterprise-scale, customer-facing SaaS, AI, or technology implementations.\n\n- Hands-on exposure to AI/LLM-powered solutions, such as chatbots, voicebots, or conversational AI platforms.\n\n- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presence.\n\n- Expertise in project planning, scope management, delivery tracking, and governance.\n\nWhy Join Us:\n\n- Opportunity to work with one of India's fastest-growing AI-first SaaS companies.\n\n- Ownership of mission-critical enterprise AI transformation programs.\n\n- Competitive compensation with ESOP participation.\n\n- Comprehensive Group Health Insurance coverage.\n\nThis is a Bangalore-based role.
