interesting?\nHere is what you will be doing:\nDrive end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical functions, from requirement understanding to offer rollout and successful onboarding.\nPartner closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements, define candidate profiles, and align on hiring priorities.\nBuild effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, job portals, and other innovative channels.\nConduct initial candidate assessments and evaluate profiles based on relevant experience, technical competencies, and role suitability.\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and continuous candidate engagement.\nManage interview coordination, stakeholder follow-ups, feedback tracking, and candidate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.\nDrive offer management, compensation discussions, negotiation, and candidate engagement to improve offer-to-joining ratios.\nMaintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and key recruitment metrics to ensure effective reporting and pipeline management.\nWhat does success look like?\nSuccessfully managing and closing assigned recruitment mandates within defined timelines.\nBuilding a consistent pipeline of quality candidates across multiple functions.\nMaintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders.\nDelivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.\nImproving hiring efficiency through effective sourcing strategies and proactive pipeline management.\nWhat would make you a good fit?\nBasic Requirements:\n2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.\nHands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.\nExposure to hiring across technical and non-technical roles.\nGood understanding of recruitment lifecycle, candidate assessment, and offer management.\nMost Critical Skills:\nStrong sourcing and candidate identification skills.\nHands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment.\nAdvantage if you have:\nExperience working in a SaaS, IT, or product-based organization.\nExposure to hiring for Engineering, Product, AI/ML, Sales, and Customer Success roles.\nExperience in talent mapping, niche hiring, and proactive headhunting.\nFamiliarity with ATS platforms, recruitment dashboards, and
