With cutting edge solutions, technical expertise, and an international perspective, we are committed to setting new industry standards and creating long term value for our clients worldwide.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking an Automation Executive to join our large scale industrial project, responsible for overseeing all project automation works, including selecting equipment, assembly, commissioning, and leading contractors to ensure timely and safe project delivery.\nResponsibilities\nManage all project automation activities, including equipment selection, assembly, installation, and commissioning.\nLead and supervise contractors on-site, ensuring work is executed according to project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of automation systems.\nReview, approve, and maintain all technical documentation required from contractors and suppliers, such as Cause & Effect Matrices, I/O Lists, and Interlock Diagrams.\nEnsure compliance with international standards and project specifications for automation systems.\nActively manage critical equipment and spare parts, developing hardware and software redundancy strategies to minimize system downtime.\nParticipate in testing, commissioning, and functional integration of PLCs, RTUs, and package systems with the main DCS system.\nMaintain communication and configuration of industrial networks, SCADA, DCS, and HMI systems, ensuring smooth operation throughout the project lifecycle.\nInterpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and ensure compliance with IEC 61511 lifecycle requirements, including HAZOP/LOPA and SIS boundary coordination.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.\nMinimum 8 years of relevant experience in industrial automation projects.\nFluent in English, both written and spoken.\nStrong leadership skills, capable of managing teams effectively.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, able to coordinate with cross-functional teams.\nAdvanced experience in Siemens SIMATIC PCS7 DCS architecture (Engineering Station, OS Server/Client, Redundant AS, APL Library).\nAdvanced knowledge and experience in PLC programming (TIA Portal, SIMATIC Manager).\nCompetent in SCADA, DCS, and HMI (WinCC, OS Server Structures, Web Navigator) configuration and management.\nExpert-level knowledge of industrial communication networks and topologies (PROFINET, PROFIBUS, Industrial Ethernet, Modbus TCP/RTU, OPC UA).\nKnowledgeable in industrial database structures; database and reporting logic; familiar with SQL Server and similar database structures; able to manage data archiving (logging) and operational reporting processes.\nActively involved in the installation and commissioning phases of large-scale projects; managed communication and functional integration processes between the main DCS system and subsystem (PLC, RTU, Package Systems).\nCapable of requesting, reviewing, and approving all technical documentation required by the project from contractors and suppliers (Cause & Effect Matrix, I/O List, Interlock Diagrams, etc.).\nAble to manage critical equipment and spare parts; capable of developing hardware/software redundancy strategies to minimize system downtime risks.\nProficient in technical drawing interpretation (E-plan) in electrical and automation projects, P&ID analysis, IEC 61511 lifecycle knowledge (HAZOP/LOPA awareness), SIS boundary and SRS coordination under IEC 61511, and full command of international standards (IEC, ISA).\nEqual Opportunity Statement\nThe only criterion evaluated in recruitment and employment is suitability for the job;
