With cutting edge solutions, technical expertise, and an international perspective, we are committed to setting new industry standards and creating long term value for our clients worldwide.\nWe are seeking an Project Procurement Lead to join a large-scale industrial project, responsible for managing procurement activities from request for quotation to contract and purchase order execution, including import and customs processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nPreparation and issuance of RFQs and collection of bids from local and international suppliers\nCommercial evaluation and comparison of offers, including price, delivery terms, and payment conditions\nCoordination and follow-up of supplier clarifications and negotiations\nPreparation and issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) in line with approved technical and commercial terms\nDrafting, review, and administration of service and long term supply contracts.\nManagement and coordination of import and customs clearance processes, including required documentation\nClose follow-up of delivery schedules and supplier performance\nCoordination with engineering, logistics, finance, and project management teams\nEnsuring compliance with project procurement procedures, budget, and schedule\nPreparation of regular procurement status and cost reports for management\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering.\nMinimum 7 years of experience in procurement for industrial projects\nStrong experience in bid evaluation and commercial comparison\nSolid knowledge of import, customs regulations, and international trade procedures\nExperience in preparation of purchase orders and procurement contracts\nFamiliarity with Incoterms and international supply conditions\nProficiency in MS Excel and LOGO procurement systems\nStrong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills\nFluent in English (written and spoken)\nExperience in EPC or industrial plant projects\nBackground working with international & Local suppliers and logistics providers\nOpportunity Statement\nThe only criterion evaluated in recruitment and employment is suitability for the job;
