With cutting edge solutions, technical expertise, and an international perspective, we are committed to setting new industry standards and creating long term value for our clients worldwide.\nWe are looking for an experienced and highly disciplined Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, full material traceability, efficient material flow, and compliance with established warehouse procedures.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.\nA relevant associate degree combined with strong industrial warehouse management experience may also be considered.\nRelevant certifications in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Inventory Management are preferred.\nTraining or certification in ERP/WMS systems, warehouse automation, or occupational health and safety is an advantage.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in industrial warehouse logistics, production warehousing, material flow management, or a similar field.\nMinimum 2-3 years of management or team leadership experience.\nPrevious experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.\nProven experience with ERP systems and preferably WMS.\nPractical knowledge of inventory management, stocktaking, material receiving, storage, production supply, and dispatch operations.\nExperience with batch/lot traceability, location-based storage, FIFO, material reservation, and material status management.\nExperience with barcode, QR code, or DataMatrix-based identification systems is an advantage.\nExperience with WMS implementation, warehouse digitalization, or automated warehouse systems is a significant advantage.\nStrong knowledge of MS Excel and warehouse-related information systems.\nPractical experience using ERP systems; experience with WMS is preferred.\nAbility to accurately record, monitor, and analyze inventory and material movements in digital systems.\nFamiliarity with barcode, QR code, and DataMatrix identification systems.\nAbility to work with digital warehouse processes and system-based inventory control.\nExperience with ERP/WMS integration or automated warehouse systems is an advantage.\nCompetencies\nStrong leadership and people management skills.\nHigh level of accuracy, discipline, and attention to detail.\nStrong inventory management and record-keeping discipline.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to conduct root cause analysis and develop preventive actions.\nStrong organizational and planning skills.\nAbility to manage priorities in a fast-paced industrial environment.\nStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nAbility to identify and escalate critical operational issues in a timely manner.\nStrong sense of ownership and accountability.\nContinuous improvement and process-oriented mindset.\nAbility to work effectively with Production, Laboratory, Quality, Logistics, Maintenance, and IT/ERP teams.\nEnglish proficiency sufficient to work with ERP systems, technical documentation, and international teams.\nResponsibilities\nManage and supervise all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, internal transfers, production supply, finished goods receipt, inventory control, and dispatch.\nEnsure that physical inventory is fully aligned with ERP/WMS records and maintain the principle of Physical Stock = ERP/WMS Stock.\nEnsure that every big bag has a unique identifier, correct label, defined material status, accurate storage location, batch information, and corresponding ERP/WMS record.\nControl incoming raw materials by verifying quantity, weight, documentation, batch information, and identification.\nCoordinate raw material receiving activities with the weighbridge and relevant departments.\nEnsure full traceability of materials from receipt through storage, production transfer, finished goods storage, and final dispatch.\nEnsure correct implementation and physical segregation of material statuses, including:\n-Quarantine\n-Released\n-Pending Decision / Blocked\n-Rejected\n-Released with Deviation\n-Reprocessing\nEnsure that blocked or non-conforming materials are not used or dispatched without the required authorization.\nMonitor materials held under Pending Decision / Blocked status and escalate potential warehouse capacity and operational risks.\nEnsure correct product, batch, status, and quantity are transferred from the warehouse to production.\nEnsure accurate receipt and storage of finished products, including product, grade, fraction, batch number, big-bag ID, weight, status, storage location, and relevant laboratory test information.\nManage warehouse capacity and optimize storage locations and material flows.\nEnsure proper application of FIFO, location-based storage, material reservation, and stock control principles.\nPlan and conduct inventory counts and stocktaking activities and investigate discrepancies between physical and system records.\nManage dispatch operations and verify product, batch, big-bag ID, status, quantity, customer, shipment number, and shipping documentation before release.\nPrevent the dispatch of unreserved, blocked, incorrectly identified, incorrectly assigned, or unauthorized materials.\nWork with the ERP/WMS team to ensure appropriate system controls for material release and dispatch.\nLead and organize warehouse personnel, allocate daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with warehouse procedures.\nIdentify training needs and support the development of warehouse employees.\nEnsure effective cooperation with Production, Laboratory, Quality, Logistics, Maintenance, and IT/ERP departments.\nConduct root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies, warehouse errors, and non-conformities and implement preventive actions.\nContribute to the development and implementation of location-based warehouse structures, ERP/WMS workflows, material placement and movement rules, and digital identification systems.\nSupport the preparation of the warehouse for automation and automated storage and retrieval operations.\nContribute to the development of inbound, outbound, quarantine, exception, and shipment staging areas.\nSupport the integration of ERP - WMS - WCS/PLC - automated warehouse equipment.\nEnsure that warehouse processes are designed to support increasingly automated operations with minimal manual intervention.\nIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, traceability, capacity utilization, and material flow.\nEnsure compliance with company procedures, quality requirements, and occupational health and safety standards.\nOpportunity Statement\nThe only criterion evaluated in recruitment and employment is suitability for the job;
