looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Supply Chain Manager (Procurement & Logistics) to lead supply chain planning, logistics, and inventory processes, coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners, and drive the efficiency and continuity of our global supply chain operations.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields\n7-12 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, inventory management, or operations roles\nStrong experience in production planning, demand planning, or supply planning in industrial/manufacturing environments\nSolid understanding of inventory management systems and stock optimization principles\nExperience in international logistics and export operations is a strong plus\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset\nExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage\nStrong coordination skills across Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance teams\nFluent in English (written and spoken)\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and global environment\nKey Responsibilities\nManage end-to-end production planning, demand planning, and supply planning processes in alignment with sales forecasts and raw material availability\nOversee inventory management and stock optimization across warehouses to ensure service level efficiency and cost control\nCoordinate closely with Raw Material, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure material availability for production continuity\nPlan and manage logistics operations including domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery\nMonitor stock levels, safety stock policies, and inventory turnover to prevent shortages or overstock situations\nAlign production schedules with sales demand and customer delivery commitments in collaboration with Sales and Commercial teams\nTrack order fulfillment performance and ensure smooth execution from production to final customer delivery\nWork closely with Finance to support cost control, inventory valuation, and logistics-related financial processes\nIdentify inefficiencies in planning, logistics, and stock processes and propose continuous improvement initiatives\nDevelop and maintain planning and logistics KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting for management visibility\nEnsure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and international shipping standards\nSupport
