This is a pivotal and exciting time in our journey, as we bring this life-changing technology to patients!\nThe Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales and market penetration of our Globe Pulsed Field System within a specific geography. You will lead the commercial launch of the Globe PF System within your territory and collaborate with and provide strategic direction to a team of field clinical specialists delivering in-procedure product support. This role requires a strategic and results-driven professional with a strong background in medical device sales and a passion for advancing healthcare through innovative technology. \nWe will consider candidates for remote work located in the USA. \nMeaningful work you will be a part of\nYour responsibilities will be to:\nDevelop and execute territory sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the Globe PF System. \nIdentify and engage with key opinion leaders, physicians, and healthcare facilities within the territory. \nConduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to educate customers on the benefits and applications of the pulsed field catheter system. \nProvide product and technical assistance to electrophysiologists and clinical staff using the Globe PF System during cardiac ablation procedures \nBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and regulatory, to ensure successful product launch and market adoption. \nMonitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. \nProvide regular sales reports and updates to senior management. \nEnsure compliance with all regulatory and company policies in all sales activities. \nWhat you bring to the team\nOur Kardium team is smart, creative, and passionate about developing cutting-edge medical devices to help improve people’s lives. We understand that only by working together can we solve what was thought unsolvable.\nYou will be successful in this role because you possess these attributes:\nBachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. \nMinimum of 3 years of experience in medical device sales. \nMinimum of 5 years of experience in electrophysiology. A minimum of 3 years supporting cardiac ablation cases in an electrophysiology lab is strongly preferred \nProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. \nStrong knowledge of electrophysiology and pulsed field catheter systems. \nExcellent communication and presentation skills. \nAbility to work independently and manage a territory effectively. \nStrong organizational and time management skills. \nAbility to travel within the territory as needed. \nCompensation \nKardium offers a competitive total cash compensation (base salary + 5% 401k contribution + variable compensation based on the achievement of organizational goals and objectives).
