As a member of the Kargo team, you will have the opportunity to develop and deploy tomorrow’s hardware & software solutions and help revolutionize logistics.\nResponsibilities\nBuild AI agents that autonomously navigate websites and execute complex workflows.\nDevelop browser automation solutions using Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks.\nDesign agent architectures leveraging LLMs, tool calling, memory, and planning capabilities.\nIntegrate AI agents with APIs, SaaS platforms, and internal systems.\nImprove agent reliability through evaluation, testing, monitoring, and guardrails.\nOptimize agent performance, scalability, and operational cost.\nCollaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and automate high-value workflows.\nStay current on emerging agent frameworks, models, and AI technologies.\nExperience\n3+ years of software engineering experience building production systems.\n1+ years experience building agentic workflows.\nStrong Python programming skills.\nExperience with LLMs, agent frameworks and browser automation tools.\nExperience integrating APIs and third-party services.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.\nStartup experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is preferred.\nBS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.\nKargo is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer committed to an inclusive and diverse workplace.
