As a member of the Kargo team, you will have the opportunity to develop and deploy tomorrow’s hardware & software solutions and help revolutionize logistics.\nResponsibilities\nTravel to customer facilities and lead inspection, installation, and servicing visits for Kargo’s customers.\nInstall Kargo towers and other hardware products at customer facilities. \nCoordinate with contractors at customer sites for electrical work, forklift modifications, and installation assistance. \nCoordinate tower and tool shipping from Kargo inventory to customer sites. \nWork with Manufacturing to provide configs and specs determined from site visits to customers. \nWork with our Product and Hardware teams to make engineering recommendations to simplify installation and relevant features.\nInteract with customers at on-site visits. This is not a sales role and most customer visits will include people from Kargo’s Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams. Still, this role will involve coordinating with customers to discuss timing and installation preferences. \nHigh expectation for travel, you must be comfortable with near 90% travel.\nExperience\n3+ years of experience servicing industrial equipment, vehicles, utilities, robots, or similar.\nExpertise in mechanical, electrical, and optical troubleshooting. Preference for someone who has worked across all three systems. \nHigh availability for short-notice domestic travel. This role will involve both planned and unplanned service visits. Service visits can extend outside of normal business hours. \nPreference for someone who has serviced equipment in warehouse and/or factory environments before.\nStrong communication and documentation skills.
