In this role, you will work hands-on across active customer trials, data pipelines, system integrations, and software implementations. Collaborating closely with internal engineering teams, external technology vendors, and strategic partners, you will help build scalable local operations from the ground up. This position is ideal for an independent problem-solver eager to take ownership of meaningful technical deliverables in an early-stage market.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnology Implementation: Support the configuration, rigorous testing, and deployment of customized technology solutions for Singapore enterprise customers and fleet operations.\nSystems & Partner Coordination: Collaborate directly with technology vendors, sales agencies, and implementation partners to coordinate integrations, resolve technical roadblocks, and maintain project momentum.\nTrial & Telematics Support: Assist with active trial requirements involving GPS tracking, vehicle telematics, battery state of charge (SOC) monitoring, odometer tracking, and real-time operational dashboards.\nData & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze complex trial datasets to drive internal reviews, executive customer presentations, and data-backed operational decisions.\nTechnical Documentation: Maintain thorough technical notes, API integration records, issue logs, and repeatable standard operating procedures for implementation workflows.\nAutonomous Ownership: Proactively identify operational bottlenecks, propose practical technical improvements, and deliver assigned projects with minimal supervision.\nRequirements\nCandidate Requirements\nAcademic Background: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related discipline.\nProgramming Skills: Basic programming, scripting, or automation ability in Python, JavaScript, or a comparable language.\nTechnical Familiarity: Foundational understanding of RESTful APIs, relational databases, data processing pipelines, or software integration principles.\nAnalytical & Communication Skills: Strong analytical mindset, rigorous troubleshooting capabilities, and clear communication skills.\nIndependent Execution: Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities effectively, and collaborate smoothly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nPreferred Exposure: Prior exposure or hands-on projects involving vehicle telematics, IoT devices, fleet management systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), or data visualization tools.\n\nWhat You Will Gain\nReal-World Deployment Experience: Direct, hands-on experience supporting live customer trials and complex technology deployments in an active commercial market.\nIndustry Exposure: Deep immersion into logistics technology, electric vehicle fleet operations, and external implementation partnerships.\nMeaningful Project Ownership: Total ownership of high-impact technical projects critical to Kargo's strategic Singapore market entry.\nLeadership Proximity: The unique opportunity to work shoulder-to-shoulder with the launch leadership team and directly shape local operating systems.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3367,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"Singapore","iso":"SG","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Transportation
