Обязанности:

Управление продажами региона по ЮИ - 120 магазинов в 56 городах.

1. подбор продавцов- консультантов ЮИ., распределение их по подходящим объектам

2. Обучение новых сотрудников (очно/дистанционно

3. Открытие отделов (курирование с момента документального оформления в ГИИС ДМДК - заканчивая при необходимости выкладкой товара)

4. Работа с отчетами - с целью влияния на результат через работу с худшими

5. Работа с отчетами - с целью корректировок в поставкам и перемещениях товара

6. Развитие направления - расширение действующих отделов + ассортимент.

7. Взаимодействие с отделом распределения по вопросам наличия и поставок (оборудования и металла)

Опыт работы с Ювелирными изделиями - ОБЯЗАТЕЛЕН!!!

Условия:

график работы 5/2 Сб. вс. выходной.
