This an opportunity to join a strong and successful business with ambitious yet realistic growth plans. The goal for the role will be to provide outstanding service and help increase our conversion rate by delivering logistical services that meet the expectations of our customers and monitoring daily key logistic & operational processes. You are our supply chain linking pin and therefore instrumental to the successful rollout of our sell-in plan.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDaily contact with our External warehouse to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner;\nWork closely with our Digital, Finance, IT and CS teams to help resolve all questions related to e-commerce orders;\nActively monitor the order flow lifecycle and identify issues in the order cycle;\nMonitor and process returns and refunds daily;\nCreate and run reports to identify the needs for service improvement and solve operational issues;
