Role\nThe Finance Intern supports in providing relevant, reliable, and timely financial information to Management and other stakeholders so that they can make informed decisions and meet compliance requirements\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist in performing accounting and administrative duties related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions, including payments:\nCreate and maintain the vendor's master files thoroughly and accurately, by the company’s policy and generally accepted accounting practices\nReview all invoices for appropriate characteristics and documentation before recording them in the system\nRecord all approved invoices as directed and/or as specified by the procedures/policies of the company\nReview all invoices for appropriate characteristics, documentation, and required authorization before payment\nKeep track of all approved invoices in order to ensure that they are paid within the specified period\nPrepare payments of duly approved invoices and any other duly payments that have to be made by the company\nRecord the bank transactions related to payments and ensure a daily accurate reconciliation between the bank system and the accounting system\nTo reconcile vendors' statements, research, and correct discrepancies\nOrganize and maintain up-to-date financial records and ensure that all transactions are backed up by adequate underlying documentation\nPrepare and review reconciliations timely, accurately, and in compliance with company guidelines and other applicable accounting standards\nAssist with other projects/tasks as needed\nProfile:\nGood skills in financial accounting: debit/credit, balance sheet, Income statement, month close, reporting;\nGood knowledge of VAT\nGood understanding of processes and procedures;\nOrganizing and prioritizing\nAttention to detail and accuracy\nSolid communication skills\nProblem analysis and problem-solving skills\nProfessional integrity and confidentiality\nAbility to meet deadlines\nOutcome-oriented: the result of the task + relationship with stakeholders;\nAbility to communicate with internal/ external
