The HR Operations & Payroll team consists of a Senior Manager, fiveHR Operations Specialists, and three Payroll Specialists.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport the HR Team with new hire and leaver administration: drafting employment agreements, maintaining employee files, creation of official documents and maintaining HR database and files.\nBe responsible for our HQ Intern population life cycle: onboarding and offboarding, be their first point of contact, discuss any relevant topics with them, the schools or their managers\nFirst contact person for the employees and stores within the HR department\nSupport with processes such as preparing payroll administration, NS cards applications, etc.\nSupport in the implementation of change initiatives and HR Projects\nHandle internal and external mail and give proper follow-up\nDealing with confidential information\nSkills, Education & Experience:\nNeed to be enrolled in an accredited Bachelor/Master program during the entire internship period, preferably within Human Resources, Applied Sciences, (International) Business Management or Administration or related fields\nStrong experience working with Microsoft Office\nAre available for 40 hours a week -
