You help maintain accurate product and order information, coordinate with production and shipping teams, and ensure customers receive timely, high-quality service.\nResponsibilities\nResponds to customer inquiries and provides product and order information.\nReceives and processes customer orders, including webstore orders.\nGenerates work orders and packing slips and delivers them to production.\nCoordinates with production and shipping teams to support order status and follow-up.\nMaintains logs of incoming orders and reports totals to designated personnel.\nProcesses dealer applications to establish ordering and payment terms.\nMonitors and maintains marketing policies, price lists, and product updates related to purchasing and payment terms.\nCollaborates with accounting to determine order release status.\nParticipates in mailings, initial contact packages, catalogs, press releases, and related correspondence.\nFollows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n1 or more years of customer service experience.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).\nAbility to read, sort, check, count, and verify numbers, and perform basic arithmetic.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.\nKnowledge of Adobe and SharePoint.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to climb up and down stairs.\nAbility to lift objects up to 30 lbs.\nConstant sitting, standing, and walking.\nSufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment.\nOccasional extending of arms to reach overhead, at shoulder level, and below shoulder level.\nProlonged periods of repetitive movement are required.
