Our high-performance solutions are engineered to operate in the most extreme environments and meet precise mission requirements.\nAs a Scheduler, you will help maintain production flow by coordinating priorities, tracking work in process, and resolving constraints that impact schedule execution. You will collaborate closely with operations, planners, and supervisors to support accurate job status visibility, expedite delayed work, and ensure production commitments are met.\nResponsibilities\nServes as the primary scheduling point of contact for assigned resource groups.\nMonitors and manages work in process status for production jobs and ensures updates are accurately reflected in enterprise resource planning systems.\nPrioritizes and expedites jobs affected by material, labor, tooling, or quality constraints.\nCoordinates priorities and communicates job status updates with supervisors, planners, and operations teams.\nSupports recovery efforts for late or high-priority orders.\nAssists with part staging, expediting, job sequencing, and reprioritization activities.\nIdentifies production bottlenecks and escalates issues affecting delivery performance.\nSupports inventory cycle count activities as required.\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum of three years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.\nScheduling or planning experience.\nUnderstanding of routings, travelers, and shop floor operations.\nExperience with enterprise resource planning systems; Epicor experience preferred.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.\nStrong problem-solving and coordination skills.\nAbility to support process-improvement initiatives.\nAbility to work directly with operators and supervisors.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nAbility to read, speak, and write in English.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAerospace or defense experience.\nThis position requires U.S. person status under U.S. export control laws, including U.S. citizens and nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees.\nBenefits\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\n401(k) with company match\nPaid time off\nHealth Savings Account (HSA) with company contribution\nFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)\nCompany-paid life and AD&D insurance\nShort- and long-term disability coverage\nTuition reimbursement\nKarman Space and Defense is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
