You’ll need a good eye, a practical mindset, and the ability to move projects forward independently. This role requires a solid understanding of print production, DTP, and packaging requirements. You should be comfortable working in a high volume environment, managing multiple projects at once, and collaborating closely with buyers, copy, QC, and traffic managers.\n\nJob requirements\n\nWhat do you need?\n\n Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Packaging and Graphic Designer within retail or FMCG.\n\n Proven experience designing across multiple product categories.\n\n Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).\n\n Strong DTP capabilities and experience creating print-ready files.\n\n Solid understanding of packaging production techniques, materials, dielines, and color proofing.\n\n Working knowledge of branding and marketing principles within a commercial/retail environment.\n\n Good understanding of international packaging legislation (e.g., icons, warning labels, claims).\n\nOther important skills to fill this role:\n\n Detail oriented and structured in your design approach.\n\n Able to handle feedback and work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.\n\n Creative thinker with the ability to bring new concepts and ideas forward.\n\n Strong communication skills, comfortable aligning with both creative and non-creative teams.\n\n Proactive, self-managing, and solution oriented.\n\nWho we are?\n\nKarsten International develops a wide range of products for daily use, from the latest gadgets to sustainable beauty products.
