AI agents using LLMs, tool calling, RAG, integrations, and agent architectures.\nIntegrate agents with APIs, CRMs, databases, and internal systems.\nOwn the end-to-end delivery lifecycle: discovery, development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.\nEvaluate agent performance, troubleshoot failures, and improve accuracy, reliability, and task completion.\nWork with customers, product, and engineering teams to improve the platform and build reusable components.\nRequirements:\nStrong software engineering fundamentals, including backend systems, APIs, databases, and integrations.\nHands-on experience with LLMs, prompting, tool calling, RAG, and AI agent architectures.\nAbility to understand complex workflows and translate them into reliable technical solutions.\nStrong debugging, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills.\nHigh ownership, execution speed, and comfort working directly with customers in an early-stage environment.\nVoice AI experience is a plus, not
