Your job is to build our data function from zero and make the company run on numbers.\n\nThe candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions: \n\nBuild the data foundation: \nBring data from our product database, call logs, CRM, and finance tools into one warehouse.\nSet up pipelines, data models, and a BI layer that the whole team can use.\nDefine a single source of truth for every core metric, with clear definitions.\n\nProduct and call analytics: \nTrack voice agent performance: call volumes, resolution rates, call duration, drop-offs, escalations, and conversation quality.\nFind patterns in call outcomes by client, use case, language, and flow, and turn them into recommendations for the product and engineering teams.\nMeasure the impact of agent and model changes over time.\n\nBusiness and finance metrics: \nBuild dashboards for revenue, client usage, unit economics (cost and margin per call), and pipeline.\nOwn financial models, budgets, and forecasts with the founders.\nPrepare board and investor reporting.\n\nTurn analytics into product: \nWork with the product team to turn internal dashboards and insights into client-facinganalytics features.\nBuild client ROI and performance reports that support sales and renewals.\n\nRequirements: \n3-6 years in analytics at a startup or fast-growing tech company.\nStrong SQL and Python;
