frontend applications.\nPartner closely with product, design, backend, and AI engineers to shape solutions, not simply implement requirements.\nIdentify and solve complex frontend performance, usability, and scalability problems.\nRaise engineering standards through code reviews, technical design discussions, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.\nOver time, you'll become the long-term owner of critical frontend systems and product surfaces.\n\nRequirements: \nEngineers with 5-8 years of professional frontend development experience.\nStrong hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Angular.\nStrong understanding of core web development concepts, browser behaviour, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, networking, and frontend performance.\nHands-on experience building AI-powered applications or AI-driven user experiences.\nStrong understanding of state management, reusable component systems, and scalable UI design.\nHands-on experience with Microfrontends and Module Federation.\nComfortable working with APIs, asynchronous workflows, real-time/streaming data, and complex application states.\nYou should have a deep understanding of frontend architecture, while also being comfortable experimenting with emerging AI capabilities and turning them into practical product experiences.\nUnderstand how AI changes the way frontend applications need to be designed, including dynamic interfaces, streaming responses, agent workflows, human-in-the-loop interactions, AI-generated content, and new interaction patterns.\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills.\n\nNice to Have: \nExperience with any of the following is a strong plus: \nDeep experience designing interaction patterns for streaming UIs, agent workflows, or human-in-the-loop systems.\nExperience building and maintaining shared design systems or large component libraries.\nEarly-stage startup experience where you've built products from scratch.\nFamiliarity with observability for frontend systems (error tracking, performance monitoring, session replay).\nExperience collaborating closely with backend and AI teams on API contracts and real-time product
