Product Manager

We are looking for a highly driven Founding Product Manager who can understand customer problems, define product strategy, and take ownership of building products from concept to launch. You will work directly with the founders, customers, designers, and engineers to build intuitive products that solve real business problems.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct customer research and identify key pain points and product opportunities.
• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature priorities based on customer needs and business goals.
• Translate complex problems into simple user journeys, workflows, and product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products from concept to launch.
• Define success metrics, analyze product usage, and continuously improve product performance.
• Make data-driven decisions and balance product quality, development speed, and business impact.
• Establish effective product development and prioritization processes within the organization.
• Take end-to-end ownership of product outcomes, from problem discovery to launch and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Strong product judgment and the ability to identify and solve the right customer problems.
• Excellent analytical, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of user experience, product design, and customer behavior.
• Proven ability to take ownership and execute independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams.
• Comfort with technical concepts and the ability to make informed product trade-offs.
• Ability to use data, customer feedback, and experiments to drive product decisions.
• Experience in AI or technology-driven products is a plus.
