This is a hands-on, high-ownership role requiring strong product judgment, technical understanding, customer obsession, and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into measurable product improvements.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end execution for Voice AI agents, from problem discovery to production deployment.\nImprove voice experiences by optimizing response latency, interruption handling, turn-taking, natural speech flow, and multilingual conversations.\nEnhance conversational intelligence, including intent and context understanding, objection handling, memory across turns and sessions, contextual personalization, and conversation recovery.\nBuild evaluation frameworks, automated conversation simulations, and monitoring systems to measure agent quality, reliability, and performance.\nAnalyze real customer conversations and production data to identify failure patterns, investigate root causes, and drive measurable product improvements.\nWork closely with customers and business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, understand pain points, and translate them into product requirements.\nDefine and track success metrics such as conversational latency, task completion, resolution rates, conversation quality, and customer satisfaction.\nCreate PRDs, feature specifications, and conversational flows while prioritizing features based on customer impact and business outcomes.\nCollaborate with engineering, AI/ML research, and GTM teams to ship reliable product improvements quickly.\nEstablish continuous feedback and evaluation loops to improve agent performance and customer outcomes.\nRequirements:\nHands-on experience with conversational AI, speech systems, Voice AI agents, or real-time AI products.\nStrong technical understanding of ASR, TTS, speech pipelines, latency optimization, LLMs, tool calling, and agent architectures.\nStrong product judgment and the ability to connect technical improvements with measurable customer and business outcomes.\nExperience analyzing customer conversations, identifying product failures, and translating insights into actionable improvements.\nAbility to define evaluation methodologies, analyze performance data, and make evidence-based product decisions.\nStrong execution skills, with the ability to take ambiguous problems from discovery to production.\nHigh ownership and comfort working in an early-stage environment with evolving processes and roadmaps.\nExcellent collaboration skills to work closely with founders, customers, engineering, and AI research
