databases, queues, distributed systems, and event-driven integrations.\nImprove system performance, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.\nEstablish engineering best practices for code quality, testing, code reviews, and observability.\nTroubleshoot production issues and resolve complex technical challenges.\nMentor engineers and contribute to technical design discussions and engineering standards.\n\nRequirements: \n6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong backend development expertise.\nProficiency in Python, Node.js, or Go.\nStrong understanding of distributed systems, backend architecture, and system design.\nExperience with database design, caching, message queues, retries, idempotency, and failure handling.\nHands-on experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis, and message queues.\nStrong understanding of production reliability, observability, testing, and code quality.\nExperience owning backend projects from design through production.\nAbility to mentor engineers and work independently with a strong sense of ownership.\n\nGood to Have: \nExperience with real-time systems, WebRTC, LiveKit, telephony, SIP, or streaming infrastructure.\nExperience building SaaS platforms, billing systems, observability tools, or distributed workflows.\nExposure to production AI/LLM systems, agent orchestration, tool calling, or evaluation pipelines.\nExperience with container orchestration, serverless architectures, or infrastructure as code.\nExperience with high-volume event processing, analytics pipelines, or
