You will drive cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, deployment reliability, and incident response while helping the engineering team build and operate systems at scale.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDesign, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and production platforms.\nOwn infrastructure initiatives end-to-end, from architecture and automation to deployment and operations.\nBuild and improve infrastructure-as-code practices and CI/CD pipelines.\nMonitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and improve reliability and availability.\nIdentify opportunities to improve scalability, security, infrastructure costs, and deployment efficiency.\nManage containerised workloads, networking, load balancing, and autoscaling.\nEstablish best practices for observability, change management, security, and production readiness.\nMentor engineers and contribute to infrastructure design and operational reviews.\n\nRequirements: \n6+ years of experience building and operating production infrastructure.\nHands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nStrong proficiency in infrastructure as code using Terraform, CDK, or similar tools.\nExperience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or equivalent tools.\nStrong understanding of Linux, networking, containers, and distributed systems.\nExperience operating Kubernetes or ECS-style container platforms.\nUnderstanding of message queues, load balancing, autoscaling, and production troubleshooting.\nStrong focus on automation, observability, security, reliability, and cost optimisation.\nExperience owning production systems, handling incidents, and mentoring engineers.\n\nGood to Have: \nExperience with real-time or media infrastructure, WebRTC, telephony, or streaming workloads.\nExperience managing SIP servers.\nKnowledge of multi-account or multi-region cloud architecture, VPNs, and private connectivity.\nExperience with observability stacks, SLOs, and incident management in a product environment.\nExperience with access control, secrets management, audit logging, or security compliance.\nSkills\nAWS, Azure, CDK, DevOps, GCP,
