They will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent across diverse teams-from technology and engineering, to operations and delivery, to specialised leadership roles that drive Karya’s mission and growth. \nWhile hiring will be the core responsibility, you must also be comfortable taking on projects beyond Talent Acquisition when needed, contributing to broader people initiatives and organisational priorities with agility and ownership.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage end to end recruitment for roles across Tech, Sales, Product, Research and more. \nSource, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates using multiple channels. \nRun interview processes smoothly, ensuring timely feedback loops.
