We build it.\nPosition Summary\nKaseya is looking for an experienced Lead Product Analyst (Oracle SCM Functional) to drive standards, governance, innovation, and continuous improvement across its global Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems. This role will lead the maintenance, development, and enhancement of enterprise applications, primarily Oracle ERP/SCM, covering Order Management, Inventory Management, Cost Management, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Procurement.\nThe role will focus on optimizing end-to-end business processes, including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), inventory, fulfillment, manufacturing, and cost accounting. The position will also support integrations with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, Snowflake, GetPaid, ShipConsole, and Microsoft technologies.\nThe ideal candidate will combine strong Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM functional expertise with product ownership, business process management, data governance, and stakeholder leadership. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Finance, GTM, and Accounting to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions aligned with Kaseya's global business strategy.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct and System Management: Manage, maintain, and continuously improve Kaseya's Order-to-Cash and PTM business processes and back-office systems, including Oracle ERP, GetPaid, and ShipConsole.\nBusiness Requirements and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, GTM, and Accounting to gather, analyze, document, and prioritize requirements for new features, enhancements, and system improvements.\nFunctional Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the functional SME for core Supply Chain processes and their integration with other enterprise applications.\nRequirements Translation: Translate business requirements into functional designs, technical user stories, configurations, and integration requirements in collaboration with engineering teams.\nBacklog and Roadmap Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring initiatives align with corporate strategy, business priorities, and operational objectives.\nProcess Optimization and Automation: Drive process standardization, system automation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency.\nOracle SCM Implementation and Support: Lead functional design, configuration, testing, implementation, and production support for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM applications.\nIntegration and Data Governance: Oversee enterprise integrations, inbound and outbound interfaces, master data management, data migration, and data governance across connected systems.\nTesting and Release Management: Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), end-to-end testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-production support.\nChange Management: Partner with business leaders to prepare change management documentation and support the successful adoption of system enhancements and releases.\nMergers and Acquisitions: Support application migrations, system integrations, and process harmonization arising from mergers and acquisitions (M&A).\nStakeholder and Global Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, engineering teams, implementation partners, and regional teams across Asia, EMEA, and the Americas to deliver global solutions.\nStrategic Leadership: Contribute to system architecture direction, IT roadmaps, technical standards, and business process governance while maintaining a strong customer-centric approach.\nRequired Qualification\n12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/SCM functional roles, with strong hands-on expertise in Order Management, Inventory Management, Cost Management, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Procurement.\n10+ years of experience as a Functional SME, Product Owner, Product Analyst, or in an equivalent role.\nStrong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), inventory, fulfillment, manufacturing, and cost accounting processes.\nProven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, including configuration, functional design, testing, implementation, and production support.\nExperience delivering at least one to two large-scale, complex, end-to-end Oracle ERP/SCM implementations.\nStrong understanding of Oracle SCM integration with Financials, including Inventory/Cost Accounting, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).\nStrong knowledge of enterprise integrations, inbound/outbound interfaces, master data management, and data migration.\nAbility to translate business requirements into functional designs, system configurations, integration requirements, and user stories using standard Oracle functionality and best practices.\nExperience leading SIT, end-to-end testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-production support.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead solution discussions and influence business leaders, engineering teams, and implementation partners.\nDemonstrated ownership, execution, and accountability in driving projects from requirements gathering through production deployment.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.\nSelf-motivated, detail-oriented and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, global business environment.\nPreferred Qualification\nExperience with enterprise applications and integrations involving Salesforce, MuleSoft, Snowflake, Microsoft technologies, GetPaid, and ShipConsole.\nStrong business acumen and understanding of Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and corporate/business information systems.\nExperience driving global process standardization, data governance, and system automation across multiple business functions.\nExperience supporting mergers and acquisitions, including application integration, data migration, and business process harmonization.\nProven ability to define product roadmaps, establish technical standards, and drive continuous improvement
