We build it.\nPosition Summary\nKaseya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Salesforce Engineering to lead our Salesforce development team. This individual will provide technical leadership, mentor and develop engineering talent, and oversee the delivery of high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce technical expertise with proven people management skills and a passion for driving innovation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the Salesforce platform.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead, manage, and develop the Salesforce engineering team, providing mentorship, technical guidance, performance support, and career development.\nFoster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing team environment.\nOversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce engineering projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, budget, and business objectives.\nProvide technical leadership across Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations with other enterprise systems.\nDevelop and implement Salesforce engineering strategies that align with business goals and support organizational growth and scalability.\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, translate requirements into technical specifications, and deliver effective solutions.\nEstablish and maintain engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing standards, documentation, and quality assurance.\nMonitor and optimize Salesforce platform performance, efficiency, scalability, and user experience.\nOversee Salesforce DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), automated testing, source control, and deployment management.\nStay current on Salesforce releases, platform capabilities, and industry best practices, identifying opportunities to improve engineering processes and platform functionality.\nEnsure Salesforce solutions comply with internal security policies, industry standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.\nProvide strategic recommendations on how Salesforce capabilities can improve business processes, operational efficiency, and organizational growth.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in Salesforce engineering or Salesforce development.\n2+ years of experience in a Salesforce development leadership or management role.\nProficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Salesforce integrations, and data migration.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture and products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.\nExperience developing and managing Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and related technologies.\nKnowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools such as Git, Jenkins, or Gearset.\nExperience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.\nStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop engineering talent.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions.\nAbility to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards for technical quality and delivery.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAdvanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nRelevant Salesforce certifications, including:Salesforce Platform Developer I\nSalesforce CPQ\nSalesforce Sales Cloud\nSalesforce Service Cloud\n\nAdditional Salesforce certifications,
