We build it.\nAbout the Role\nKaseya is seeking a BIS Product Analyst to bridge business and technology teams, transforming business needs into scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth.\nYou will partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Finance, Operations, Product, and Engineering to analyze requirements, improve processes, and support the delivery of enterprise solutions across Salesforce, GTM, Marketing, and related platforms.\nKey Responsibilities\nGather, analyze, and document business requirements.\nFacilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.\nTranslate requirements into user stories, workflows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.\nAnalyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.\nSupport backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and release activities.\nCollaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.\nValidate solutions through UAT and end-to-end testing.\nAnalyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.\nPresent findings, recommendations, and business impacts to stakeholders and leadership.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, Functional Consultant, Systems Analyst, or similar role.\nExperience gathering and documenting business requirements.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nExperience supporting testing, UAT, and software delivery.\nExperience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.\nPreferred Qualifications\n3-5 years supporting enterprise applications and business systems.\nExperience with Salesforce, CPQ, CRM, ERP, Revenue Operations, Marketing Technology, or other GTM platforms.\nExperience with lead management, campaign operations, customer journeys, marketing automation, and customer lifecycle processes.\nKnowledge of data governance, data quality, and process improvement methodologies.\nEssential Attributes\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.\nStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.\nFamiliarity with integrations, APIs, middleware, and system-to-system data flows.\nStrong business process analysis and data analysis capabilities.\nAbility to translate data and requirements into meaningful business insights and recommendations.\nAbility to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.\nUnderstanding of Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success processes.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.\nAdaptable, curious, and committed to continuous improvement.\nTechnical Skills\nPreferred
