We are looking for a SaaS Backup and Disaster Recovery Engineer (L1) to join a global technical support team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments and troubleshooting SaaS applications, cloud backup solutions, and disaster recovery operations.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory Skills: Microsoft 365 Administration, Google Workspace Administration, SaaS Applications and Cloud Technologies, Backup and Recovery Troubleshooting, Exchange Online, Entra ID, OneDrive, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams, Gmail, Google Drive, Shared Drives, Contacts and Calendar, OAuth 2.0 SSO, MFA and Service Accounts, DNS, SMTP, HTTPS and Networking Fundamentals, User Provisioning, RBAC and Permissions Management, and Application Log Analysis and Troubleshooting.
  • Basic SQL Troubleshooting, Backup Methodologies, Compliance, and Disaster Recovery Concepts.
  • Experience with ticketing/CRM platforms.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Support Skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • SaaS Backup and Recovery Platform Support.
  • Microsoft Graph API and Cloud Integrations.
  • Basic PowerShell Scripting (Microsoft 365).
  • Cloud Security and Data Protection Best Practices.
  • Customer-Facing Technical Support Experience.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: MS-900
  • Microsoft Certified: AZ-900
  • Microsoft Certified: MD-102
  • Microsoft Certified: SC-300
  • Google Workspace Administrator Certification.
  • Google Cloud Digital Leader.
  • Associate Cloud Engineer.
