We’re modernizing how we design, build, test, and operate software by combining strong engineering fundamentals with AI-native development practices. \nJoin a team where you’ll build customer-facing SaaS applications, solve complex engineering problems, and use AI-assisted development tools to improve quality and delivery. \nThe Role \nWe’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer who brings hands-on expertise in Java, Spring, React, and TypeScript, along with experience building and operating cloud-based applications. \nYou’ll own complex features across backend services and frontend experiences-from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. You’ll contribute to architecture decisions, modernize existing systems incrementally, and mentor engineers through code reviews and technical collaboration. \nAI-assisted engineering is part of how we work. You should be comfortable using tools such as Claude Code or equivalent coding agents throughout the development lifecycle, while taking responsibility for the correctness, security, and maintainability of the result. \nWhat You’ll Do \nDeliver full-stack capabilities: Design and build Java/Spring services and React/TypeScript interfaces that solve customer problems. \nBuild reliable backend systems: Develop APIs, integrations, data models, and distributed or event-driven workflows for cloud-based SaaS applications. \nCreate maintainable frontend experiences: Build responsive interfaces with thoughtful component design, state management, accessibility, and performance. \nOwn features through production: Take responsibility for technical design, implementation, automated testing, release, monitoring, and ongoing support. \nApply AI throughout development: Use coding agents for codebase exploration, solution planning, implementation, testing, debugging, documentation, and refactoring. Validate generated changes through review, testing, and engineering judgment. \nModernize existing software: Improve established systems through incremental migrations, stronger test coverage, and practical architecture improvements. \nStrengthen operational quality: Improve CI/CD, observability, security, performance, and deployment reliability. Help investigate incidents and prevent recurrence. \nProvide hands-on technical leadership: Contribute to design discussions, review code, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, quality, and platform teams. \nWhat You’ll Bring \n7+ years of software engineering experience building and supporting production SaaS or enterprise applications. \n4+ years of production Java and Spring experience, along with hands-on experience delivering frontend applications using React and TypeScript. \nExperience designing APIs, data models, integrations, and distributed or event-driven systems. \nExperience building and operating applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including automated delivery and production support. \nPractical experience using AI-assisted coding tools for implementation, testing, debugging, refactoring, documentation, or codebase analysis. \nStrong engineering judgment: the ability to explain trade-offs, diagnose problems, and deliver maintainable solutions. \nDemonstrated ownership of complex features and the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and product teams. \nExperience That Would Be Valuable \nSpring Boot, Spring Cloud, GraphQL, Hibernate, JDBC, Kafka, or comparable technologies. \nReact application architecture, reusable components, state management, accessibility, or performance optimization. \nRelational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle. \nMicroservices, Docker, Kubernetes, or infrastructure as code. \nIncremental modernization of applications built with Apache Stripes, JSP, Servlets, or other established Java web technologies. \nImprovements to automated testing, observability, reliability, or production operations. \nDeeper experience with Claude Code or equivalent agentic development
