We build it.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in test automation across UI and API, solid software engineering fundamentals, and the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative and global environment.\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong technical mindset, understand software development principles and design patterns, and be able to design and maintain scalable, reliable, and maintainable automation solutions.\nThis role will work across enterprise platforms and integrations, including Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Oracle Fusion, while contributing to the continuous improvement of our QA automation strategy and practices.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, maintain, and execute automated tests for UI and API applications.\nBuild scalable and maintainable automation frameworks using modern automation practices and software engineering principles.\nApply appropriate design patterns, coding standards, and development best practices to test automation solutions.\nDevelop automated regression, integration, functional, and end-to-end test scenarios.\nCollaborate closely with QA Engineers, Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to define effective testing strategies.\nAnalyze test results, identify defects and risks, and provide clear technical recommendations.\nContribute to the integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.\nSupport continuous improvement of automation frameworks, test coverage, execution efficiency, and reporting.\nCreate clear and actionable test documentation and technical reports.\nParticipate in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of automation and application issues.\nSupport testing across enterprise applications, integrations, and business-critical processes.\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in QA and test automation.\nStrong hands-on experience with UI and API test automation.\nStrong programming/development knowledge, particularly in JavaScript/TypeScript or similar languages.\nGood understanding of software development principles and design patterns applicable to test automation.\nExperience designing or contributing to automation frameworks.\nStrong understanding of testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, written and verbal.\nAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nPreferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications\nHands-on experience with Playwright.\nExperience with Cucumber / BDD.\nExperience with Allure Reports or similar test reporting solutions.\nExperience working with CI/CD servers and pipelines such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar technologies.\nExperience with Salesforce testing.\nExperience with MuleSoft and integration testing.\nExperience with Oracle Fusion, particularly one or more of the following modules:HCM -
