We build it.\nPosition Summary\nThe Sr. Sales Operations Analyst will support end-to-end sales order management, ensuring accurate order processing, documentation, backlog management, and timely revenue booking. This role will work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Logistics, and Revenue teams to resolve operational issues, maintain data accuracy, and ensure smooth order fulfillment. The role will also contribute to process improvement, automation initiatives, system enhancements, and UAT activities to improve operational efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities\nValidate and process customer orders, ensuring accurate pricing, product information, approvals, and supporting documentation.\nManage the order backlog and coordinate fulfillment activities to support timely and accurate revenue booking.\nReview, verify, and maintain customer contracts, purchase orders, and other supporting documentation in accordance with business requirements.\nPartner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Logistics, and Revenue teams to identify and resolve order discrepancies and facilitate seamless order processing.\nMonitor order status and fulfillment timelines, proactively addressing issues to support on-time delivery and a positive customer experience.\nAnalyze operational processes and data to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and enhance productivity and accuracy.\nSupport automation initiatives, system enhancements, and process improvement projects, including participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nMaintain accurate sales operations data and provide timely updates, reporting, and operational support to relevant stakeholders.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or higher with 2-5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or a related field.\nHands-on experience working with CRM systems and managing sales/order-related data.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy.\nDemonstrated ability to independently manage, prioritize, and deliver multiple tasks while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in order management, sales operations, or quote-to-cash processes.\nExperience working with customer contracts, purchase orders, order backlog, and revenue-related processes.\nExposure to process automation, system implementations, system upgrades, or UAT activities.\nExperience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Logistics, and Revenue teams.\nStrong proficiency in analyzing operational data and identifying opportunities for process improvement.\nExperience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused business environment.\nFlexibility to work in night shifts based on business requirements.\nAdditional information\nKaseya
