You will work alongside senior engineers to deliver new capabilities, improve platform reliability, and solve complex device management challenges across multiple operating systems. \nThis role is ideal for engineers passionate about operating systems, systems programming, device management, and endpoint security. \nWhat You Will Do \nDesign and implement new features for endpoint agents across Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile platforms. \nDevelop software components supporting monitoring, automation, patching, inventory collection, and device management. \nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. \nInvestigate customer-reported issues and production escalations. \nParticipate in root-cause analysis and resolution of agent-related problems. \nWork with Product and Support teams to understand customer enhancement requests and contribute to implementation plans. \nImprove agent stability, performance, scalability, and security. \nDevelop integrations with operating system management and security frameworks. \nBuild telemetry and diagnostics capabilities that improve supportability. \nParticipate in design discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning. \nCollaborate with cloud, platform, QA, and support teams. \nContinuously learn and expand expertise in system software and endpoint technologies. \nWhat You Bring \n12+ years of software engineering experience developing system software, endpoint software, or platform services. \nStrong proficiency in C# and .NET \nDeep understanding of at least one operating system platform (Windows, macOS, Linux) \nStrong knowledge of operating system fundamentals including - Processes, Threads, Filesystems, Networking, Security fundamentals \nGood understanding of operating system security features and device management concepts. \nFamiliarity with one or more MDM ecosystems -
