Qualifications\n3+ years of software engineering experience building SaaS applications, distributed systems, enterprise platforms, or cloud-native services.\n3+ years of experience developing backend services using Java.\nStrong proficiency with Java and modern backend development frameworks such as Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.\nExperience building and maintaining scalable APIs, distributed systems, and microservices-based architectures.\nExperience building automated tests and validation capabilities as part of the software development lifecycle.\nExperience developing automated test frameworks and validation tooling using technologies such as JUnit, TestNG, REST Assured, Selenium, Playwright, or similar testing frameworks.\nStrong understanding of software design, object-oriented programming, APIs, databases, debugging, and version control.\nExperience developing automated coverage for API, integration, regression, and distributed-system testing.\nExperience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.\nExperience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.\nStrong troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills.\nUnderstanding of software quality engineering principles, test automation, and CI/CD practices.\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools such as coding assistants, code generation
