Hiring : Technical Team Lead.

Location : Chennai.

Work Mode : Work From Office.

Experience : 10 - 12 Years.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead with strong full-stack development expertise to lead development initiatives, drive technical excellence, and build scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor developers, ensuring high-quality code and timely project delivery.

- Design and develop scalable web applications using modern technologies.

- Oversee technical architecture, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimisation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Drive best practices in development, deployment, and team collaboration.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and Angular.

- Proficiency in PostgreSQL and SQL database design and optimisation.

- Experience with Docker for containerisation and deployment.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, application architecture, and software development best practices.

- Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams.

Preferred :

- Experience in enterprise applications, ERP integrations, or manufacturing digital transformation projects.
