This hands-on role will include integration with enterprise systems, knowledge sources, communication channels, and analytics tools as part of the end-to-end solution.\nWe will consider only candidates who reside in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Georgia, or Texas.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on implementation options and deployment activities. \nLead the discovery process with customers to capture their technical requirements and business objectives.\nDrive consensus with the customer on the proposed approach and timeframe.\nIdentify and craft requirements for capabilities that need to be created as part of the recommended solution.\nParticipate in project-specific development activities, either as the primary developer or contributing to a team effort.\nAssist with validation of the complete solution in development, staging, and production environments.\nMonitor and optimize deployments in response to evolving business needs.\nCreate and maintain the documentation archive specific to each implementation. \nRequired Skills\nAt least 3 years of hands-on experience in solution architecture and integration, preferably in the financial services industry.\nExperience implementing solutions incorporating AI, ideally agentic AI in a production environment.\nWorking knowledge of the regulatory, security, and governance needs of financial institutions.\nStrong ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders from the trenches to the C-suite.\nProficiency with AWS and Azure environments.\nCapable of building production-ready scripts or code for data manipulation and API integration, either directly or using AI tools.\nGeneral knowledge of Java or Python sufficient for building, enhancing, and debugging proprietary tools.\nComfortable with solving problems in a complex and ambiguous context. \nWillingness to “wear many hats” and “roll up your sleeves” as is common in a fast-paced, nimble company such as ours.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nDesired Skills\nExperience with banking platforms such as Candescent, Q2, FIS, and Jack Henry.\nFamiliarity with voice systems and modern telephony.\nUnderstanding of contact center architecture and operations.\nConversational Spanish fluency, ideally as a native speaker.\nWhat We Offer\nBase salary of $120,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience.\nComprehensive benefits package.\nCollaborative work environment within a small team focused on delivery projects.\nHands-on experience with leading AI technology.\nUnfortunately, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship now or at any time in the future, and relocation assistance will not be provided.\nAbout Kasisto\nKasisto delivers AI you can bank on.
