This role will include extensive customer communications as well as development of tools to accelerate implementation and integration with customer systems as part of the end-to-end production solution. This full time position can be based in our New York City office or fully remote.\nWe will consider only candidates who reside in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Georgia, or Texas.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate project activities from initial customer kick-off through successful production go-live and beyond.\nAct as the primary liaison between the customer and Kasisto. \nParticipate in the discovery process with customers to capture their technical requirements and business objectives.\nIdentify project risks and mitigation options.\nDrive consensus with the customer on project plans and timeframe.\nParticipate in project-specific development activities, either as the primary developer or contributing to a team effort.\nAssist with validation of the complete solution in development, staging, and production environments.\nMonitor and optimize deployments in response to evolving business needs.\nCreate and maintain the documentation archive specific to each implementation. \nRequired Skills\nAt least 5 years of hands-on experience in project management, preferably in the financial services industry.\nExperience implementing customer service automation, preferably solutions incorporating AI and ideally agentic AI.\nWorking knowledge of the regulatory, security, and governance needs of financial institutions.\nStrong ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders from the trenches to the C-suite.\nGeneral knowledge of Java or Python sufficient for building, enhancing, and debugging proprietary tools.\nComfortable with solving problems in a complex and ambiguous context. \nWillingness to “wear many hats” and “roll up your sleeves” as is common in a fast-paced, nimble company such as ours.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nDesired Skills\nProficiency with AWS and Azure environments.\nCapable of building production-ready scripts or code for data manipulation and API integration, either directly or using AI tools.\nExperience with banking platforms such as Candescent, Q2, FIS, and Jack Henry.\nFamiliarity with voice systems and modern telephony.\nUnderstanding of contact center architecture and operations.\nConversational Spanish fluency, ideally as a native speaker.\nWhat We Offer\nBase salary of $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.\nComprehensive benefits package.\nCollaborative work environment within a small team focused on delivery projects.\nHands-on experience with leading AI technology.\nUnfortunately, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship now or at any time in the future, and relocation assistance will not be provided.\nAbout Kasisto\nKasisto delivers AI you can bank on.
