Вы будете развивать Design System на Vue 3 + TypeScript и строить инструменты, сокращающие путь от макета в Figma до production-кода.

Часть задач связана с AI: создание workflow и агентов для генерации компонентов, автоматизации разработки и других повторяющихся процессов.

Чем предстоит заниматься:

Развивать и масштабировать Design System: компоненты, документацию, версионирование и обратную совместимость.
Выстраивать и улучшать процессы работы с Design System, находить узкие места и автоматизировать повторяющиеся задачи.
Строить AI-driven workflow и агентов для разработки и ревью, оценивая, где AI действительно экономит время.
Улучшать Developer Experience: сборка, тесты, CLI, шаблоны и скорость обратной связи.

Требования:

Опыт работы от 2+лет.
Сильный Vue 3 / TypeScript.
Опыт разработки или развития Design System либо библиотеки компонентов с несколькими потребителями.
Опыт разработки инструментов, автоматизирующих процессы frontend-разработки.
Практический опыт применения AI в разработке и понимание возможностей современных AI-инструментов.
Умение самостоятельно проектировать решения и оценивать их эффект.
Опыт работы с Node.js.

Будет плюсом:

Опыт построения процессов Figma → Code.
Опыт разработки собственных AI-powered решений: работа с LLM API, AI-агентами и workflow automation.
Опыт внедрения AI-инструментов в процессы команды.
Опыт со Storybook, визуальным регрессионным тестированием, monorepo.
