- образование: средне-специальное/ высшее;
- опыт работы: ОБЪЯЗАТЕЛЬНО опыт работы не менее 6-ти месяцев в Колл Центре на входящей линий, в сфере обслуживания;
- способность брать ответственность за свои действия и командные результаты;
- знание и понимание бизнес процессов подразделения, выполнение целей на занимаемой должности;
- знание функционала ПО подразделения;
- знание MS Office (опытный пользователь);
- грамотная устная и письменная речь.
