as the main technical supervisor on the construction site for stone works subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.\n\nManage all quantity surveying and invoice preparation on site for stone works.\n\nPerform setting out, leveling and surveying on site, checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.\n\nCoordinate with Kassab factories to requisition materials through work orders, cutting lists, and design requirements as site work requires.\n\nEnsure that all materials used and works performed are as per specifications.\n\nOversee the selection and requisition of materials.\n\nSuggest cost-effective solutions and proposals on site.\n\nManage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client, technical, and/or consultant.\n\nLiaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project.\n\nPlan the work and efficiently organize site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.\n\nOverseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.\n\nPreparing reports as required.\n\nResolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant field.\n\nMust have experience in coordinating site activities for Marble and Granite installation and finishing.\n\nAbility to travel.\n\nExcellent in AutoCAD, Revit is a plus.\n\nSolid understanding of project life cycle and contraction activities. \n\nGood command of spoken and written English and Arabic.\n\nProficient in MS office applications.\n\nStrong project management skills.\n\nProficient in project scheduling, resource levelling, and activity analysis.\n\nAbility to work independently and lead project deliverables through to completion.\n\nDetail oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational
