# Software Support & Integration Engineer

You will work closely with our software R&D teams in Prague and Copenhagen, as well as customers and technology partners around the world. Together, you'll investigate technical challenges, find practical solutions, and help customers get the most out of our robotic technology. You don't need to be an experienced software developer or a robotics expert. What matters most is a solid technical foundation, some hands-on programming experience, independent thinking, and a willingness to learn. What you'll be doing Investigate and troubleshoot software-related issues using system logs, diagnostic tools, and test environments. Support customers and integration partners working with our software interfaces, APIs, and development tools.
