The ideal candidate has a strong background in full-cycle technical recruiting, candidate sourcing, relationship management, and navigating fast-paced hiring environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nFull-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from intake meetings and sourcing through screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement.\n\nTechnical Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, referrals, professional networks, and other sourcing tools.\n\nTechnical Recruiting Expertise: Recruit for a variety of technical positions, including Software Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers and more.\n\nCandidate Assessment: Conduct thorough phone and video screenings to evaluate technical experience, relevant skills, communication abilities, employment history, compensation expectations, and overall fit.\n\nHiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers and account teams to define job requirements, establish candidate profiles, prioritize requisitions, and provide regular pipeline updates.\n\nPipeline Management: Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, develop talent pools for recurring roles, and maintain consistent engagement with active and prospective candidates.\n\nInterview Coordination: Facilitate interview scheduling, prepare candidates, collect feedback, and maintain communication throughout the selection process.\n\nOffer Management and Closing: Present opportunities effectively, address candidate concerns, negotiate within approved compensation parameters, and secure candidate commitments.\n\nRecruiting Metrics: Track submissions, interviews, placements, time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.\n\nMarket Intelligence: Stay informed about technical skill demand, candidate availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring practices.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years of technical recruiting experience at well established tech company or start up\n\nDemonstrated success sourcing, screening, and placing technical professionals in contract or project-based positions.\n\nProven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, candidate databases, and online sourcing platforms.\n\nExcellent candidate assessment, interviewing, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple open requisitions and changing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.\n\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.\n\nAbility to build trust with candidates and our Founders\n\nExperience maintaining recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and performance
